To learn more about your license and check your maintenance status, navigate to the license info in the Visual Assist about dialog. Navigate via Extensions → VAssistX → Help → About Visual Assist.

How to renew:

For Standard Corporate License holders

If your maintenance is nearing expiry or has lapsed, it's simple and easy to renew it. Contact our renewals team using the form below, and they will get back to you shortly with next steps.

For Personal Subscription

Our most accessible license plan is also the easiest plan to renew.
Personal subscription licenses are on an auto-renewal scheme by default.
Payment attempts will be made and your license will automatically be renewed at the end of the validity period.

If your license has expired, you can easily get a new license by following these steps:

Visit our webstore.
Select Personal - Annual Subscription license.
Fill in the details and complete your checkout.
Check your email for your license confirmation.
Open Visual Studio and go to VAssistX.
Under Help, select Register and input your license details from your email.
You can now continue using Visual Assist with the same settings and setup.

For Personal Perpetual

Perpetual Licenses are provided updates for a year. After twelve months, you can keep using the most recent supported version of Visual Assist perpetually. However, if you are interested in getting back to active support for the latest updates and features, you can do so easily by visiting our webstore and getting a new perpetual license.
