Double clicking a function in the Hovering Class Browser (HCB) takes you to the implementation of symbol, or to its declaration if no implementation is found.
You can make Visual Assist jump exclusively to declarations by setting the following in the registry:
HKCU\Software\Whole Tomato\Visual Assist X\<IDE spec>\VaViewGotoDefinition = 00
Set to 01 for default behavior.
